Request an Absentee Ballot!

An absentee ballot for the November election may be requested via the form linked to below. It is a "fillable" form. You may enter your personal information, but you must then print the form and sign it with pen and ink. The signed document may then be mailed, emailed or faxed as you wish.

Drop off the form in person.

If you request a mail-in ballot and fail to send it in, take the blank ballot with you to vote in person. The voter services official will be able to adjust your status within minutes so that you may vote in person.
